An Overview of the Training

This 1–hour training session is mainly centered around the requirements the Act places on
Accountable Institutions when onboarding various legal entity types and their associated related
parties. The training will assist you in identifying who the related parties are and what
documentation should be requested to identify these persons. We will also look at the due
diligence levels that guide the level of focus and effort.
You’ll love this engaging training as it is hosted live, meaning you’ll get a chance to interact with our
trainer and ask questions.
